Lesley A. Martin (USA), creative director of Aperture Foundation book program and publisher of The PhotoBook Review. She teaches a course titled What Makes a Photobook Work at the International Center for Photography and is an adjunct professor at the School of Visual Arts, New York; has edited over seventy-five books of photography.
The international jury team will choose the winner of the contest. The winner will be announced at the last day of the festival on 28th May 2017.
Peter Puklus (Hungary), multidisciplinary artist. He works with documentary photography as well as sculpture, installation, drawing and video. He has published several photobooks, including Нandbook to the stars.
Calin Кruse (Germany), freelance photographer, curator and publisher at dienacht magazine+publishing, founder of FLUUT graphic-design studio.
Dieter Neubert (Germany), co-founder and director of Kassel Fotobookfestival, chief editor of the monographic magazine PHOTOPAPER. He has edited and published such books as the Daido Moriyama anthology On Daido, the artist's book Kassel Menu by Martin Parr and others.
Delphine Bedel (France) is a photographer, lecturer, curator and publisher working at the intersection of photography, design and publishing. Founder of Meta/Books and Amsterdam Art/Book Fair.
Salvatore Vitale (Switzerland), photographer and editor. He is also a co-founder and editor-in- chief of YET magazine. In 2015 he was awarded Die Besten 2014 at Swiss Photo Awards.
Matthieu Charon (France), editor and publisher, together with Rémi Faucheux founded the independent publishing house and gallery RVB BOOKS, dedicated to designing and printing unique fine arts books as well as organizing exhibitions on new editorial practices.
Andrew Sanigar (UK), a Commissioning Editor at the Thames & Hudson. He has commissioned a number of internationally successful photography publications, including Magnum Contact Sheets, Coming into Fashion, Eve Arnold's People, Mary McCartney From Where I Stand and others.
Evgeny Berezner, curator of exhibition projects in the field of photography in Russia and abroad, member of the International Association for Photography Curators dubbed "Oracle"; 2000-2004 – member of jury of the International Competition for Best Photography Publications in Central and Eastern Europe held in Bratislava, Slovakia, 2006-2016 - chairman of jury of this competition; Since 2002, he has been a reviewer at FotoFest's Meeting Place portfolio review (Houston, USA); since 2011 he has been a head of the International Festival of Photography PhotoVisa (Krasnodar Region, Russia).
